Personal Care products for the Grocery Channel in the Northeast
and Mid-Atlantic Region

Keene, NH:  February 20, 2008 – ES3, LLC announced today that it has entered into a long-term agreement with Unilever North America under which Unilever will utilize ES3’s multi-manufacturer, automated facility in York , PA as their distribution center for home and personal care products to the grocery channel in the Northeast and Mi-Atlantic regions.  ES3 has serviced Unilever’s food products from this state-of-the-art facility since 2005.  ES3 will also manage the transportation of these products from ES3’s distribution facility to Unilever’s customers.

“ES3 is a valuable partner in improving supply chain collaboration to provide an efficient, effective, and sustainable supply chain solution that ensures product availability at the shelf.  Their commitment to eliminating a step in the supply chain and taking product directly to the store will change the industry,” said Steve Innes, Vice President Supply Chain, Unilever US.  “We are active partners with ES3 in improving service levels, reducing costs, increasing quality, and creating a more sustainable supply chain solution.”

“We are pleased to expand our relationship with Unilever by adding their home and personal care products to our facility.  Unilever is one of the largest and most innovative manufacturers in the country.  We appreciate the support that they have provided in developing our consolidated order solution that provides order-to-delivery cycles of multiple manufacturers’ products in less than 24 hours to retailers’ distribution centers.  We look forward to their thought leadership as we expand our services, this year, to go directly from our facility to the retailers’ stores,” said Brenda Hambleton, ES3’s Chief Customer Officer.
