FOODS SELECTS NEW ES3 FACILITY AS DISTRIBUTION CENTER
FOR NORTHEAST AND MID-ATLANTIC
REGION

NH; August 21, 2002 - ES3, LLC announced today that it has entered into a
long-term agreement with ConAgra Foods, Inc. under which ConAgra Foods will utilize
ES3's York, Pennsylvania facility as a distribution center for shelf stable products
supplied to retail and food service customers in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic
regions.
