ES3 FACILITY SELECTED BY GEORGIA-PACIFIC AS DISTRIBUTION CENTER FOR NORTHEAST
AND MID-ATLANTIC REGION

NH; March 20, 2003 - ES3, LLC announced today that it has entered into a multi-year
agreement with Georgia-Pacific Corp. under which Georgia-Pacific will utilize
ES3's York, Pa., facility as a distribution center for Dixie products supplied
to customers in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
