FOODS NORTH AMERICA SELECTS ES3 FACILITY AS DISTRIBUTION CENTER
FOR NORTHEAST
AND MID-ATLANTIC REGION

NH; February 3, 2005 - ES3, LLC announced today that it has entered into a
long-term agreement with Unilever Foods North America under which Unilever will
utilize ES3's York, Penn., multiple manufacturer facility as a distribution center
for products supplied to its customers in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
ES3 will also be responsible for managing the transportation of these products
from ES3's distribution facility to Unilever's customers. In connection with the
Agreement, ES3 has begun construction of a major expansion to the York facility.

broadening its range of Supply Chain service offerings and capabilities to its
